User Needs

The statistics are used by, among others, ministries, municipalities and research scientists for analyses of support for cars for persons with disabilities and monitoring the municipal decisions, including grants, refusals and average case processing time. The published figures are available to everyone seeking information on support for cars for persons with disabilities to follow e.g. the development over time and geographic differences.

User Satisfaction

There is no designated investigation of user satisfaction. Statistics Denmark is continuously in contact with users of the statistics and responding to questions and inquiries regarding the published figures, among other things. This contact contributes with knowledge about user’s needs
