By 2030, ensure that all learners acquire the knowledge and skills needed to promote sustainable development, including, among others, through education for sustainable development and sustainable lifestyles, human rights, gender equality, promotion of a culture of peace and non-violence, global citizenship and appreciation of cultural diversity and of culture's contribution to sustainable Development.

Definition
Denmark does not compile continuous and official statistics in accordance with the methodology of the indicator. The UN’s website on SDG data shows, according to figures reported by Denmark, that the extent of the integration of education for global citizenship and education for sustainable development in national curricula was 68 per cent in 2020. The extent of the integration of education for global citizenship and education for sustainable development in teacher education programmes was 77.5 per cent in 2020.
